Pallets. Everyone uses them in their shipping program. If you're using stretch wrap or any kind of strapping, chances are you're also using pallets. Because they are an afterthought for many, they tend to end up being a significant expenditure.

When you're dealing with heavy materials - from bags of cement to heavy-duty metal components - the last thing you need to worry about is the pallet you're shipping on breaking. So, in order to take that stress of your mind, you most likely purchase the most heavy duty pallet you can source. The extra thick wood, the heavy duty guarantee, and the big price tag all but guarantee that the pallet will keep your heavy products safer during transport, right?

Wrong. The fact of the matter is that thicker wood and heavier gauge screws don't necessarily make a strudier, more secure packaging pallet or crate. What does, however, is the right systems, run by the right engineers, who can create a highly detailed structural analysis of the product and the pallet, providing security for even the heaviest of loads.

Our dedicated Packaging Engineers will walk through the 3D samples and mock-ups, answering any questions you may have and providing all the expertise at their disposal. They will also help you:
