And we don't stop there: we ensure that our work meets your final approval because you're the one who will be living with the equipment after we leave the building.

We also require that our knowledgable staff performs training sessions both during and after the installation of your equipment because it is critical to us that your operators are trained and familiar with proper procedures and safety guidelines for any equipment that we represent.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

We offer full preventative maintenance programs.When you buy a car, you always make sure to keep up a regular preventative maintenance routine, as recommended by the dealership and the car's manufacturer.

  • Every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, you get your oil changed.
  • Every 30,000 miles, you check and replace your spark plugs.
  • Every 50,000 miles, you make sure to check brakes, belts, engine components, and more.

Why? Because you're looking to extend the life of your car and save money on the hugely costly repairs that come from not performing this routine, preventative mainentance regime. So, why should it be any different with the packaging tools and equipment in your facility? Our Planned Maintenance Program is designed to focus on three main areas:
  • Semi-Automatic Equipment: If you have semi-automatic equipment on-site, our Planned Maintenance Program will include two technician visits during the first year. During these visits, your equipment is thoroughly inspected and adjustments, if needed, are made to assure safe and proper operation.
  • Automatic Equipment: For automatic equipment, our Planned Maintenance Program will include one technician visit each quarter for the first year following installation. The quarterly visits include the same protocol as the sem-automatic visits, including a thorough inspection and all necessary adjustments to ensure appropriate operation.
  • Annual Programs:  In addition to our standard Planned Maintenance Program, we also offer an Annual Maintenance Program which features all the same benefits of the regular program, but on a yearly basis with a fixed rate, for as long as you keep your equipment.

We provide a dedicated parts department that can supply you with the parts that you need for a speedy repair. And we also offer detailed schematics to make your repairs easier.

IN-HOUSE REPAIR CENTER

With an in-house repair center that can test and repair all major strapping tools, you can rest assured that you are getting a quality repair from a reliable and trusted professional.

Our goal is to provide you quality repairs while reducing downtime.

When you send your strapping tools to our tool repair facility, we will diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed repair estimate. Once approved, all repairs will be comleted within 48 hours of that recieved approval status.

And it's not just about fixing the one broken thing. Each repair includes guaranteed workmanship and a complete cleaning, as well as a guaranteed "return to factory adjustments" utilizing only OEM parts.
